Ingredients:
- 4-5 Large (Crispin Organic) Apples
- 3 Tablespoons of Local Raw Buckwheat or Wildflower Honey
- 1/4 Cup of Pure Maple Syrup
- Cinnamon
- 2 Pie Crust
Directions:
- Core and dice apples
- In a large bowl, mix Apples, Honey, Maple Syrup, and Cinnamon
- Line pie tray with 1 pie crust and fill with the mixed apples and spread evenly throughout
- Cover pie with 2nd pie crust and roll ends together to seal
- Make 5 or 6 2 inch slits in top of pie
- Bake at 350′ for 25-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
- Let stand for 10 minutes
- Serve with Ice Cream and Enjoy!
