This Recipe is a Family favorite. Great for Kids and Adults!
- 1 1/2 Cups Seven Stars Organic Plain Yogurt or Fiddle Creek Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons of Flax Seed (ground up)
- 1/4 Cup your favorite small Dried Fruit (Raisins, Cherries, currants, cranberries, or Our personal favorite: Blueberries!)
- Chocolate Chips
- Half Scoop of Protein Powder for extra recovery
- Add All ingredients into Bowl and Mix!
*For a creamier consistency, use more yogurt; for a thicker consistency, use less!
